Performance and characteristics  
     Continuous hot air tempering furnace is also called conveyer belt electric tempering furnace. It uses imported PID intelligent temperature controller, and integrate automatic control system. When temperature in furnace is under 500℃, any temperature can freely set according to technology requirement, precision controlled at ±3℃. Hot air churn-dasher is equipped. Temperature in furnace is even and precise. Quality of tempering workpiece is stable and reliable.
    The stainless steel mesh belt runs steadily. Stepless timing and continuous automatic operation can greatly improve productivity and reduce labour intension.
     Novel structure, full-fibre lining, fast rise of temperature, low power consumption, high heat utility, and good energy saving effect. When temperature is constant, power consumption will not exceed 50% of rated power.
     Easy, safe and reliable operation. No sodium nitrite is required. Clean working ground and no environmental pollution.
     Complete specification and model, long lifespan, convenient repair, economical investment and low price (lower than 30% of other products of this type). It can satisfy the heat treatment requirement of various spring and Chain, and is the ideal heat treatment equipment of spring and chain industry.
